Opening Ceremony on 26 August (Saturday)

Time:          12:20-12:45

Venue:     Pao Yue Kong Auditorium, Ground Floor, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine

You are cordially invited to attend the Ceremony to meet the delegates from different parts of the world.

Gala Dinner on 26 August (Saturday)  **Admission is by ticket only.

Time:       19:00-22:00

Coach Transfer:

Pick-up Point 1 (17:45):  Ground Floor, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Conference Venue)

Pick-up Point 2 (18:00):  Podium Level 4, L’hotel Island South (Conference Hotel)

After dinner, coaches will return to one of the MTR Stations and L’hotel Island South.

Hong Kong Hospitals Visit (Visit 2)

Time:  08:00-13:00

(Visit:  Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital & Wong Chuk Hang Hospital)

Shenzhen Hospitals Visit

Date:  27 August (Sunday)

Time:  07:00-17:30

(Visit:  The University of Hong Kong – Shenzhen Hospital, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital & Maternal Child Health Hospital) 

Details with assembly place and time will be sent to pre-registered participants.  If you are not able to join the afternoon visit, please inform our staff at the assembly places.

For the overseas participants:  you are required to apply visa to China for the Shenzhen trip in advance before you fly to Hong Kong.

For the PRC participants: If you will enter Hong Kong again after the Shenzhen trip, please make sure you have applied multiple permits to Hong Kong.
